Terms of Service

1. Who may use Ezabell AI

You must be legally permitted to use the Service and to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse an account in a way that circumvents account, credit, security, promotional, or safety limits.

2. AI creation service

Ezabell AI provides tools that can generate or transform video, images, music, lyrics, and other creative material using artificial intelligence. You provide prompts, instructions, uploads, settings, and other inputs (“Inputs”), and the Service returns generated material (“Outputs”).

AI systems are probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, similar to content produced for others, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Ezabell AI does not guarantee that a particular prompt will produce a particular result, that an Output will be unique, or that an Output will be error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing, distributing, relying on, licensing, selling, or otherwise using them.

3. Your Inputs and your responsibility

You retain whatever rights you already hold in your Inputs. You grant Ezabell AI a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, transform, and display your Inputs as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide your requested generation, maintain your library and shares, moderate content, provide support, and protect the Service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for material you upload or submit. Do not upload or request content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.

4. Outputs and intellectual property

As between you and Ezabell AI, Ezabell AI does not claim ownership of the creative Output generated for you solely because it was generated through the Service, except for Ezabell AI’s own software, branding, templates, interface, and other pre-existing materials.

AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction, and laws concerning AI-generated content continue to develop. Ezabell AI does not promise that an Output is protectable, exclusively yours, non-infringing, or available for every commercial use. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Ezabell AI to create, request, upload, share, or promote content or conduct that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, exploits or sexualizes minors, contains prohibited explicit sexual content, facilitates serious wrongdoing, promotes hateful abuse, depicts prohibited graphic cruelty, or otherwise violates Ezabell AI safety rules.

Ezabell AI may use automated and manual safeguards to review prompts, uploads, Community activity, and other content. Some requests may be blocked before they are sent to a generation provider. Third-party AI providers may apply additional safety restrictions.

You may not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, bypass, or attempt to defeat technical, safety, payment, rate-limit, anti-abuse, or access-control measures.

6. Community, sharing, and contests

If you choose to publish an Output to the Community, public sharing, a contest, or another public part of Ezabell AI, you authorize Ezabell AI to display, reproduce, resize, transcode, and distribute that material within the Service for those purposes. You can remove or stop sharing content where the Service provides that control, subject to records Ezabell AI may retain for security, legal, moderation, contest, and audit purposes.

Community posts, comments, likes, profiles, contest entries, and similar activity must follow these Terms and any rules shown for the applicable feature or contest. Ezabell AI may hide, remove, disqualify, restrict, or preserve records of content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, fairness, legal compliance, or enforcement.

Contest-specific rules, eligibility requirements, judging criteria, deadlines, and prizes shown for a contest are incorporated into these Terms for that contest. Decisions concerning eligibility, moderation, and prizes may be final to the extent permitted by law.

7. Ezabell credits

Ezabell credits are a limited-use digital balance that can be spent only on eligible features of the Service. Credits are not legal tender, do not represent a bank account or stored cash value, and generally may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

The number of credits required for a generation may vary by creation type, settings, model configuration, resolution, duration, or other factors. The applicable price is shown in the Service before generation when practicable. Ezabell AI may change future credit prices or packages without changing credits already in your account.

If a paid generation fails technically and the Service marks it as failed or refunded, charged Ezabell credits are ordinarily returned automatically. A completed generation is not guaranteed to qualify for a refund merely because you dislike the creative result. Administrative removal for a policy violation does not automatically refund credits.

8. Purchases, promotions, and refunds

Credit purchases are processed by a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide valid payment information to that processor and to pay the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes where required.

Promotional, welcome, challenge, contest, or bonus credits may have separate eligibility rules, limits, or expiration terms. Promotions may be limited to one person, account, device, household, payment method, or qualifying purchase and may be revoked when obtained through abuse, duplicate accounts, fraud, or other circumvention.

Except for automatic generation-failure credit returns described above, refunds of purchased credits or payments are handled according to applicable law and Ezabell AI’s then-current refund practices. Use the Contact page promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly.

9. Storage and availability of creations

Ezabell AI is a creation service, not a permanent archival or backup service. Generated media and uploaded source files may be stored only for a limited period. Retention periods can vary and may be changed as the Service evolves. Download and safely store any content you want to keep.

We may remove expired media, deleted media, policy-violating material, or files that must be removed for legal, security, operational, or storage reasons. Database records, transaction history, moderation records, or other non-media records may be retained longer.

10. Creator Rewards and gamification

Achievements, XP, levels, streaks, challenges, profile flair, badges, Creator Score signals, bonus credits, and similar reward features are optional promotional features. They do not create a monetary right or guarantee access to paid features, and Ezabell AI may adjust, suspend, correct, or discontinue them.

Manipulating engagement, using duplicate accounts, artificial activity, coordinated abuse, or other methods to farm XP, rewards, contest results, promotional credits, or Community visibility is prohibited.

11. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Ezabell AI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, repeated harmful conduct, or threats to the Service or other users.

When an account is closed or restricted, some content and records may remain as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction history, dispute resolution, safety, moderation, and enforcement.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties for functions such as AI generation, hosting, storage, security, email delivery, and payment processing. Your use of those portions of the Service may be affected by third-party availability, restrictions, and technical limits. Ezabell AI is not responsible for outages or changes outside its reasonable control.

13. Service changes and availability

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue models, features, limits, prices, promotional programs, Community functions, storage periods, or other parts of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ezabell AI disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independent review where professional judgment is required.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezabell AI and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezabell AI’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Ezabell AI during the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ezabell AI and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your Inputs, your public content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The “last updated” date above will identify the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email when appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
