What is Ezabell AI?
Ezabell is a simple place to create AI videos, images, and music using multiple generation models from one account. You describe what you want, choose a simple goal or a specific model, see the Ezabell credit cost, and create.
What is a model?
A model is the AI engine that creates your video, image, or music. Different models have different strengths. Some are faster or use fewer credits, while others specialize in higher quality, realistic motion, readable text, music, or other features. Ezabell recommends models for you, so you do not need to understand the technical differences unless you want to choose one yourself.
What are Ezabell credits?
Credits are the site balance used to create videos, images, and music. The Create screen shows the cost before you start. Different models, lengths, resolutions, and music options can use different amounts of credits.
What happens if a generation fails?
If Ezabell cannot complete a generation, the Ezabell credits charged for that generation are automatically returned to your account.
Can I use a photo or image as a starting point?
Yes, when the selected model supports it. Video models may use an image as the first frame or visual reference. Some image models can also edit or follow a reference image. Ezabell tells you when an image is optional, required, or unsupported.
How long does a creation take?
Generation time varies by model, length, resolution, provider traffic, and whether you are creating a video, image, or music track. Ezabell shows an estimated completion time after you start. It is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Can Ezabell email me when a creation is finished?
Yes. Before you start a generation, you can choose Notify me by email when this is complete. It is off by default and only applies to that generation.
Are my creations public?
No. Your creation library is private to your account unless you deliberately create a public share link for a finished creation.
What happens when I delete a creation?
The actual stored creation file and its stored input/reference file are deleted from Ezabell storage and the creation disappears from your library. Ezabell keeps an admin-only history record containing details such as the prompt, model, settings, credits charged, and deletion date. Deleting a finished creation does not refund its generation credits.
Why are some models locked on a new account?
Welcome credits are intended for starter models. After your first successful credit purchase, the normal model catalog unlocks and any unused welcome credits remain in your regular balance.
What is the difference between Ezabell’s Pick and Advanced options?
Ezabell’s Pick is designed for people who want the site to make the technical choice for them. Advanced options let you choose a particular model, resolution, video length, or shape yourself. The model cards explain their strengths in ordinary language.
Which browsers should I use?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are the recommended browsers. If a browser cannot preserve the secure cookies required for sign-in, Ezabell will ask you to open the site in a supported browser.
What content can I create?
You are responsible for having the rights needed for material you upload and for using Ezabell lawfully. Content that violates site rules, another person’s rights, or applicable law may be restricted or reviewed.
