Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ezabell AI collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use its websites, AI creation tools, Community, contests, credits, support features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Account information
We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as your username, email address, password credentials in protected form, profile information, preferences, avatar or profile image, and email-verification status.
Creation content
We process prompts, instructions, style selections, settings, custom lyrics, source images or other files you upload, and the video, image, music, lyrics, or other content generated through the Service. We also maintain information about a creation such as its status, title, timestamps, sharing state, and technical processing records.
Community and contest activity
If you use public features, we collect and display information you choose to publish, including Community posts, comments, likes, contest entries, selected achievements or badges, public creator information, and shared creations.
Payment and credit information
We maintain records of credit balances, credit transactions, packages, promotions, payment status, discounts, and transaction identifiers. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor; Ezabell AI does not need to store your complete card number in its application database.
Support and communications
We collect the messages and information you provide when you open a support ticket, reply to support, report content, request account assistance, or otherwise communicate with us.
Device, security, and usage information
We may collect IP-address information, browser or device information, browser time zone, cookies, session identifiers, security signals, request activity, login events, generation activity, and similar technical information. Ezabell AI may transform certain anti-abuse identifiers, such as IP or device values, into hashes or other pseudonymous forms for duplicate-account, welcome-credit, fraud, and security checks.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts and verify email addresses;
- process AI generation requests and deliver Outputs;
- maintain creation history, public sharing, Community, contests, achievements, and Creator Rewards;
- process credit purchases, promotions, refunds, contest prizes, and account balances;
- detect abuse, duplicate promotional claims, fraud, harmful content, and security threats;
- moderate public content and enforce Service rules;
- provide support and send service-related communications;
- diagnose errors, measure performance, improve usability, and operate the Service;
- comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of Ezabell AI, users, and others.
3. AI providers and other service providers
Ezabell AI uses third-party service providers to operate portions of the Service. Depending on what you do, information may be processed by providers that perform AI generation, cloud hosting or storage, payment processing, email delivery, security checks, anti-bot protection, or other infrastructure functions.
When an AI request is made, the prompt, selected settings, and any required source content may be transmitted to an AI-processing provider so that provider can perform the requested generation. We limit this sharing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.
Service providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations. Their systems, locations, and retention practices may differ from Ezabell AI’s.
4. Public information
Your private creation library is not automatically public. Content becomes publicly accessible when you deliberately use a public feature such as Community posting, public sharing, a public profile, or a contest entry.
Information you publish publicly may be viewed, copied, saved, or reshared by other people. Removing content from Ezabell AI cannot guarantee removal of copies that others created while the content was public.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Ezabell AI uses cookies and similar browser storage for essential functions such as authentication, session continuity, security, CSRF protection, preferences, and anti-abuse measures. Certain security or anti-bot services may also place or read cookies or similar signals.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, account creation, generation, checkout, or other parts of the Service from working correctly.
6. Safety, moderation, and anti-abuse checks
Ezabell AI may automatically review text submitted for generation to identify prohibited categories before a paid generation request is sent to an external AI provider. Public Community content and activity may also be reviewed automatically or manually.
To reduce abuse of promotional credits and multiple-account offers, we may compare account, email, IP, device, payment, timing, and related security signals. We do not rely on a shared IP address alone as proof that accounts belong to the same person.
7. How long we keep information
Retention depends on the type of information and why we need it. Generated media and uploaded source files may be retained for a shorter period than account or transaction records. The Service may show or apply a creation-retention period, after which stored media can expire and be deleted.
We may retain account, payment, credit, support, moderation, contest, security, fraud-prevention, and audit records for longer when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, resolve disputes, comply with law, prevent repeat abuse, or protect users and Ezabell AI.
Deletion of a creation may remove its stored media while preserving a limited internal database or moderation record. Administrator moderation actions may be retained as an audit record.
8. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and the current Service is not designed to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information:
- with service providers that perform functions on our behalf;
- when you choose to publish or share content publicly;
- to comply with law, legal process, or lawful government requests;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of Service rules;
- to protect the safety, rights, and property of users, Ezabell AI, or others;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
9. Your choices and controls
Depending on the feature and applicable law, you can edit certain account and profile information, change notification preferences, disable public sharing, remove eligible Community content, delete creations, hide Creator Rewards or public badges, and use the Contact page about account or privacy requests.
You may also have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other treatment of personal information depending on where you live. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
10. Account and content deletion
Deleting media or removing content from public view does not necessarily erase every associated record immediately. Transaction, security, moderation, support, contest, or audit information may remain when there is a legitimate operational or legal reason to retain it.
For account-level privacy or deletion requests not available directly in the interface, use the Contact page.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, protected authentication, private object storage, signed media access where applicable, anti-abuse controls, and security logging. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting access to your account and email.
12. International processing
Ezabell AI and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms may be used for international transfers.
13. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Service, use the Contact page so the matter can be reviewed.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, law, or our data practices change. The “last updated” date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the Service or by email where appropriate.
15. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the Ezabell AI Contact page. You do not need to be signed in to use this form. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials in your message.
